The Macmillan and
coming home to Corryong
for a special memorial
to honour the life of
formerly of “Urooga”
Jardine Street, Corryong
and Karara Farm.
Cameron passed away
peacefully on September
16, 2015 at the age of 87,
surrounded by his family.
He loved the country
life of Corryong and grew
up with horses, fishing
and farming. He was
a great friend of Albert
Cameron left Corryong
Grammar in Melbourne
after attending Corryong
Primary School and he
subsequently moved to
Sydney in the 1960s for
the remainder of his life.
He became a woolbuyer
Bridget Coughlan and Adam Hunter were married
at Christ the King Catholic Church, Walwa on
February 13, 2016.
Bidget’s bridesmaids were Chloe Coughlan, Carla
Coughlan and Sally McGrath. The Best Man was
Simon Hunter and groomsmen were Mathew
Hercum and Michael Clancy.
The ring bearer was Jackson Coughlan and flower
girls were Matilda Coughlan and Imogen Lewis.
The reception was held at the Walwa Hotel followed
by a honeymoon at Heron Island for the newlyweds.
Bridget and Adam Hunter live in Albury.
Bridget is the daughter of Ace and Sue Coughlan
of Walwa and Adam is the son of Bruce and Trish
Hunter of Albury.

in the motorcycle industry.
He loved the Australian
outback, bush poetry, a
good red wine, vintage
cars and motorcycles and
had many friends in many
facets of his life. Cameron
founded the Australian
Bugatti Car Club in 1965
and is well known in
vintage car clubs.
Cameron is survived by
his sister Ailcie, his three
children - Susie, Katy and
Stuart and partners - and
Cameron always had
a special place in his
heart for Corryong and
Memorial to honour Upper Murray ex-pat
the town holds so many
happy memories for the
Macmillan and Acocks
clans. Cameron always
wanted to return here on
his passing and his family
will be be returning to
Corryong to give Cameron
his final farewell.
They are celebrating
returning his ashes to
Corryong this Saturday
April 9 with a memorial
service at the Corryong
Cemetery from 3.30pm to
Cameron’s friends are
invited to join the family
on this special day.
